Fiona Spratt

Fiona Spratt has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Fiona started their career at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 1999 as a Human Resources Manager and remained in this role until 2014. Fiona then joined NETGEAR, where they held various HR positions, including EMEA HR Manager from 2014 to 2016, EMEA Senior HR Manager from 2016 to 2021, Director of HR EMEA and Managing Director of NETGEAR International Limited from 2018 to 2021, and currently serves as the VP of HR, EMEA and Managing Director of NETGEAR International Limited.

Fiona Spratt completed a Diploma in Personnel Management in Human Resources Management and Services from University College Cork in 1999-2001. Prior to that, they also obtained a Diploma in Personnel Management in the same field from Munster Technological University in 1999. Fiona Spratt holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSocSc) degree from University College Cork from 1995-1998. Fiona attended Presentation Convent Mitchelstown, Co. Cork from 1990-1995.
