Hydi Ma is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and finance operations. Currently serving as FP&A Director at NETGEAR since January 2021, Hydi Ma leads worldwide FP&A and controller functions while also heading APAC FP&A efforts. Prior to this role, Hydi Ma spent nearly nine years at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities included managing a $1B+ P&L for South Asia channel business and serving as the finance controller for global operations with a focus on a $20B accounts payable portfolio. Previous positions at Dell encompassed various roles in corporate planning and FP&A across the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier career experience includes a compliance analyst role at Standard Chartered Bank. Hydi Ma holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Monash University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Tasmania.
