Wendy Yan

Wendy Yan is a seasoned legal professional who currently serves as Sr. Commercial Counsel at NETGEAR. They previously held roles as Vice President Legal at Lumentum and Senior Counsel at Northrop Grumman Corporation, among others. Wendy began their legal career at Commerce One, Inc. and later worked as an Attorney at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. They earned a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.
