Mark Townsend is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of UK Operations at Netgem UK since January 2021, Mark oversees customer support and logistics, while leading software rollouts and managing a comprehensive TV service for multiple partners. As the CTO of UPGRAYDE since September 2015, Mark has developed a custom-built BI platform and streamlined business operations for the world's leading gadget subscription service. Additionally, Mark has held director and CTO roles at several other companies, including Express Solutions Ltd, where expertise in IT consulting was applied to numerous high-profile clients.
