Charles Gitonga

Charles Gitonga has over 11 years of professional experience in the banking and software industries. From 2016 to present, they have been a Team Lead, Senior Professional Services Consultant at NetGuardians, a Swiss-based software company recognized for its revolutionary solutions based on SIEM and PAM features. Prior to this, they worked at Neptune Software Group from 2009 to 2016, where they held roles such as Banking Consultant, Consultant and System Administrator, and Associate Consultant. In 2008, they were an Intern at The People Daily.

Charles Gitonga obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from the Kenya School of Professional Studies in 2009, following two years of study from 2007. Charles then went on to Inoorero University, where they earned a Bachelors in Science in Information Technology in 2012. In 2018, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
