Jerusha P. has worked in the industry since 2008, starting as an Index Analyst at FTSE Russell part of London Stock Exchange Group. Jerusha then moved to Thomson Reuters as a Senior Director of Corporate Advisory Services. In 2013, they joined Accuity part of Reed Business Information as a Product Specialist EMEA for KYC/AML & Sanctions Compliance and Payments. Jerusha P. then moved to Pearson as a Global Product Manager for Digital in 2015. That same year, they joined SWIFT as a Product Management & Marketing for Sanctions Compliance & Fraud Prevention -Financial Crime Compliance. Most recently, they began working as a Product Marketing Manager for Fraud and AML Transaction Monitoring at NetGuardians in 2022.

Jerusha P. received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Marketing from the University of Portsmouth between 2003 and 2006. Jerusha then went on to obtain their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School between 2006 and 2007.
