Daniel Surmacz serves as the Chief Operating Officer at RTB House since September 2012 and is a Co-Founder of Adlook and Supercharge Capital, both starting in 2022. Daniel is also a Board Member at Endeavor Poland and holds the position of Board Advisor at Promotons Limited, beginning in January 2025. Additionally, Daniel has been a Supervisory Board Member at Netguru since July 2019 and was the Founder of Feeldate from January 2011 to May 2013. Prior experience includes co-founding Coaching Polska from February 2008 to September 2010. Daniel is an International Certified Coach and studied at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
