Roman Shpak

Roman Shpak is an experienced Senior QA Engineer and Team Leader at Netguru, where responsibilities have included leading QA efforts and performing extensive automated and manual testing since January 2019. Prior to this, Roman served as a Junior Test Automation Specialist at CERI International Sp. z o.o., focusing on automated UI testing and test result analysis. Before transitioning to QA, Roman worked at Genpact in various roles related to cash and banking, where responsibilities encompassed user acceptance testing, project management, and employee training in both English and Russian. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master's degree in Economics from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II.
