Nethold Group is not an Estate Agency, and unlike Estate Agencies, owns all the properties being rented out or sold. This makes a tremendous difference to save money and time for all involved. It also allows Nethold to pass on any savings it gains from acquisitions to tenants, investors and home buyers.

The company’s success has been built on 5 strong and non-negotiable clear values: Integrity – Honesty - Quality Products – Transparency - Trust

Nethold has been blessed with wonderfully talented and professional business associates throughout the years. Our team of property management professionals are knowledgeable and friendly and will not leave a stone unturned to provide only the best customer service. Our service has three distinct offerings:

(1) RENT We acquire and rent out carefully selected commercial properties (shops/offices/services offices/light industrial) to small businesses and franchises.
(2) SELL We acquire and sell good quality, repossessed/distressed properties to investors and home buyers under market value.
(3) BUY We purchase commercial and residential properties direct from the seller. What makes us different?
• We own all the properties we rent out or sell. • Avoid red tape e.g the middle man • Rent it now – Sell it now – buy it now • Our processes are quick, easy and stress-free.
Vision
To expand our property portfolio locally and globally as a sustainable business.
