Bill Marwa

Bill Marwa is the Digital Rights Lead at Oxfam in Africa, where they drive initiatives to create a rights-respecting digital ecosystem across the continent. In this role, Bill operationalizes Oxfam's Digital Rights and Space Agenda, focusing on the integration of ICTs for program innovation and advocating for digital rights. Previously, they served as a Digital Rights Advisor and Program Specialist at Oxfam, as well as holding multiple roles within Oxfam in Tanzania. Additionally, Bill is the CEO and Co-Founder of Take 2 Productions and leads the NetHope Africa Chapter. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design and Technology at Technological University Dublin.
