Peter Rafn

Peter Rafn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CEO of Wingmen Solutions and Chairman of the Board at Trifork Security and Netic, Peter has a proven track record of leading organizational growth and international expansion, including a successful exit for PE fund Axcel during their tenure at Conscia Danmark A/S. Previous positions include CEO at GlobalConnect GmbH and Caverion, where strategic turnarounds were implemented, and board member roles at multiple organizations. Peter holds a Master of Science in Economics from Aarhus University and has completed several executive education programs, enhancing leadership and governance skills.
