Arve Kvalsvik is a knowledgeable HR professional currently serving as a Lecturer at Kristiania, where they train future experts in HR analytics. As a Co-founder of Tweakly, they focus on helping busy managers enhance team performance. Arve has extensive experience in HR, having held roles including HR Advisor at the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries and Business Development Manager at SHL.
