Douglas Clardy

Douglas Clardy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Douglas started their career in 2004 as the owner, producer, and editor of Doug's Videography Services, where they sold their work to various clients and managed projects from concept to delivery. In 2006, they transitioned to Todd's Custom Painting as a production manager and painter.

In 2008, Douglas worked briefly at Expeditors International in the Information Services department. Douglas then joined Mutual Materials as a Technical Service Analyst, where they resolved help requests and supported all desktop and laptop systems.

In 2010, Douglas joined Edifecs Inc as an Associate Product Support Specialist, providing technical support to enterprise clients and troubleshooting errors in EDI data files. Douglas later became a Product Support Specialist, managing a production-hosted environment for 40 clients and providing technical and operational support for desktop software and compliance EDI solutions.

Since 2017, Douglas has been working at Net-Inspect, LLC as a SaaS Product Support Specialist and later as a Technical Account Manager. In these roles, they have served as the first point of contact for Fortune 100 client accounts, managing implementation across the aerospace supply chain. Douglas has also provided technical and business advice to clients on best practices for supply chain and internal implementation.

Throughout their career, Douglas has demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Douglas has received recognition for their contributions, such as being highlighted in a large client Chairman's Award presentation.

Douglas Clardy began their education at Green River College in 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Douglas then continued their studies at Western Washington University from 2007 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management in Information Systems.
