Anthony Green has extensive experience at NetJets since 2006, progressing from an internship to a Director-level position. Currently serving as Director of Flight Center Services, Anthony oversees contact center agent training, workforce management, quality assurance, and employee performance management. Previously, roles included Director of Flight Center Training and Development, Manager of Strategic Operations, and Crew Support Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, training program development, and serving as a liaison with IT. Anthony also directed internship programs with The Ohio State University, focusing on curriculum development and intern management.
