Bradley Ferrell

An executive with extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, Brad works to ensure the integrity and protection of the NetJets brand on a global scale.

Brad joined NetJets in 2017 as Deputy General Counsel, and now as General Counsel leads NetJets’ worldwide legal team, spanning operations in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining NetJets, Brad was a Partner at an Ohio-based law firm, where he focused on complex federal and state litigation involving contract disputes, antitrust matters, corporate governance disputes, professional liability, employment disputes, and securities law proceedings. He is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Columbus Bar Associations. He attended The Ohio State Moritz College of Law® where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to The Order of the Coif. He is also a graduate of Ohio University®, where he received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, summa cum laude.
