Chris Lovejoy

Chris Lovejoy is an experienced pilot currently serving as a First Officer on the Challenger 350 at NetJets since July 2023. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Captain and Company Instructor Pilot at Wheels Up, flying the King Air 350. Chris's aviation career includes significant experience as a Base Line Pilot with Air Evac Lifeteam and as a Helicopter Pilot with Pegasus Technologies, Inc., and the Fairfax County Police Department, where responsibilities included law enforcement, medevac, and search and rescue missions, along with serving as Safety Officer. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Maryland State Police Aviation Command as Deputy Director, Commanding Officer at Headquarters Squadron MCAS Beaufort, and Executive Officer for the 22d Marine Expeditionary Unit. Chris began a military aviation career as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer at HMM-261. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English from the United States Naval Academy.
