Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith has extensive experience in training program management and technical writing. Currently serving as Manager of Training Programs at NetJets since July 2018, Daniel previously held the position of Organic Depot Lead Technical Writer and Internal Trainer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems from May 2011 to July 2018, where a cohesive training program for new employees was designed and interactive training courseware was developed. Prior experience includes serving as Maintenance Support Supervisor in the United States Air Force from April 2003 to November 2010, focusing on aircraft maintenance readiness and training qualifications. Daniel obtained a Master of Science in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University in 2014, a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Development and Education from the same institution in 2008, and an Associate of Science in Avionics Technology from the Community College of the Air Force in 2005.
