Donald Smith possesses extensive experience in the aviation industry, serving in various roles focused on quality control and inspection. Currently, Donald holds the position of Chief Inspector at Quality Air Contractors, Inc., specializing in the maintenance and repair of private jet fleets since November 2017. Prior to this, Donald worked as an RTS Specialist at NetJets, following a tenure as a Consultant in Aviation Quality Control/Assurance at Aim Inc. Notably, Donald has held leadership roles such as Chief Inspector at both NetJets Large Aircraft Company and Skybus Airlines, managing key inspection programs, audit departments, and quality assurance initiatives.
