Jamie Jones is an experienced Lead Meteorologist at NetJets Aviation, Inc. since November 1999, specializing in providing FAA-approved weather information for aviation purposes, including en-route and departure/arrival forecasts. Jamie actively advises both operational groups and clients on weather conditions and aircraft performance, while also engaging with National Weather Service offices and offering historic weather data. In addition to meteorological expertise, Jamie directs the Learn to Sail Program at Hoover Sailing Club since October 2010 and serves as Head Sailing Coach at Denison University since April 2007. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from The Ohio State University (1993-1998) and high school education from Big Walnut High School (1985-1988). Jamie is a board member of the Private Sector Meteorologists and affiliated with the American Meteorological Society and National Weather Association.
