Jeff Byron serves as the Director of Consumer Insights and Data Quality at NetJets since December 2016, overseeing market research, case analysis, and customer data functions to enhance organizational relevance and customer satisfaction. Previously, Jeff led various roles at Alliance Data, including Director of HR Analytics and Senior Director of Marketing, where significant efficiencies and cost savings were achieved through data-driven insights. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, where marketing strategies were developed, and founding EC Outlook Inc., which rapidly expanded and was sold. Jeff began a career in market research at Checkfree Corporation, contributing to sales and product development initiatives. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Marketing from Ashland University.
