Katy Gantz

Katy Gantz is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at NetJets since January 2020, Katy has effectively collaborated with executive leadership to enhance performance management and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Katy spent nearly five years as HR Director/HR Business Partner at Dispatch Media Group, managing departmental objectives and addressing employee relations issues. With a tenure at The Columbus Dispatch spanning over 14 years, Katy held various positions, including Labor Relations Manager, where responsibilities included managing grievances and participating in contract negotiations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Family & Child Studies from Miami University.
