Michael Murrell is an accomplished pilot with extensive experience in various aircraft, currently serving as Captain of the Bombardier Global 6000 at NetJets since March 2001. Murrell has held multiple captain positions in the company's fleet, including the Challenger 350 and Falcon 2000, and has also contributed as an instructor for new hire pilots on the Citation series. Prior to NetJets, Murrell worked as a Fixed Wing Pilot for Flight for Life and served as a Jump Pilot for Skydive St. Louis. A proven leader in aviation, Murrell has received an FAA Safety Award for a successful forced landing during a catastrophic engine failure. Murrell holds a Master of Science in Aviation and Industrial Safety and an FAA Commercial Helicopter Rating.
