Mindy Drummond

Mindy Drummond is an accomplished executive in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as EVP, Employee and Owner Experience at NetJets. Mindy has held various leadership roles, including Chief Administrative Officer at FlightSafety International and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Omnicare, a CVS Health Company. Earlier in their career, Mindy worked as a Recruiting Manager at Limited Brands and held senior staffing positions at Motorola and Longaberger. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Bowling Green State University, which they continue to pursue.
