Rhyan Pearson

Rhyan Pearson is an experienced professional currently serving as an Account Manager in Owner Services at NetJets since September 2022. Prior roles include bartending and serving at Frosty Bar, where Rhyan honed customer service skills in a high-volume hospitality setting. Additionally, as a Program Coordinator for the Office of Experiential Learning at the University of Dayton, Rhyan organized various educational events and managed office communication. Rhyan also contributed to the Olentangy Local School District as a Summer Technology Team Lead, and held multiple positions in the University of Dayton Student Government Association, including Director of Special Programs. Early career experiences include customer service roles at IKEA Group and Giant Eagle, Inc. Rhyan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Dayton, completed in May 2022, and possesses an Honors Diploma from Orange High School.
