Rick Banghoff

Rick Banghoff serves as the Product Delivery Director at NetJets, where responsibilities include leading the assessment, selection, and implementation of a global ERP solution in collaboration with a Big 4 Consultancy. As the Principal Consultant and Owner of Integrity HR Consulting, LLC, Rick provides strategic and operational consulting in HR transformation, HRIT, change management, business process optimization, and HR compliance. Previously, Rick held the position of Senior Manager of Digital Transformation at Columbus Regional Airport Authority, overseeing the digital transformation strategy and the implementation of Workday ERP. Rick has also served as Head of HR Shared Services at Mettler-Toledo International, Vice President of HR Transformation at DHL Supply Chain, and in various roles in global HR service delivery and operations. Rick holds a degree from The University of Toledo, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
