Ricky Gentry

Ricky Gentry is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and delivery. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Maintenance at NetJets since April 2019, Gentry previously held the position of Director of Aircraft Delivery at Gama Aviation from March 2018 to March 2019, and served as Director at NetJets from September 2012 to March 2018. Prior roles include Sheet Metal/Paint/Interior Manager and Interior Lead at Beechcraft, and Mechanic Technician positions at Dassault Aviation and Raytheon. Gentry has a proven track record of managing multiple aircraft projects simultaneously and implementing operational improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and generate cost savings. Gentry holds an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences from Bakers School of Aeronautics, completed between 2009 and 2010.
