Sam Endicott

Sam Endicott is the General Counsel at NetJets, where they represent employers in labor and employment matters. They defend against claims related to whistleblowing, discrimination, and wrongful termination, and provide counsel on various employment law issues. Prior to this role, Sam served as a partner at BakerHostetler and held associate positions at Ogletree Deakins and Jones Bell Abbott Fleming & Fitzgerald LLP. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
