Scott Flowers

Scott Flowers is a seasoned software engineering manager currently serving as the Manager of Software Engineering at NetJets since January 2023. Prior experience includes a progressive career at Olive, where Scott held various roles, culminating in a management position overseeing a team of engineers. Responsibilities included standardizing project development processes, mentoring team members, and delivering multiple simultaneous projects. Notably, Scott excelled in developing a new department, transitioning a tech stack from JavaScript to TypeScript, and leading teams of up to 10 engineers. Earlier roles involved building custom RPA solutions and managing significant client projects. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Flight Operations and Technology from Bowling Green State University and furthered education at Columbus State Community College.
