Steven D. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Steven started their career as a Co-Op/Intern at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where they interned in different departments and worked on projects related to manufacturing operations and engineering.

After their internship, Steven joined Applied Proactive Technologies, Inc. as an IT Specialist, where they developed an asset control database and provided technical support to company personnel. Steven then transitioned to the role of Program Coordinator, overseeing a remote team and developing software solutions to improve data entry accuracy and streamline processes.

Steven later joined NetJets, where they held several roles. As an Analyst in Operational Analysis and Analytics, they delivered key metrics to business leaders and provided ad hoc data analysis to various departments. Steven then progressed to a Senior Analyst position, where they produced monthly reports for the CEO and Executive Management Team and conducted strategic analyses supporting major business initiatives.

Steven's career at NetJets continued to progress, and they eventually became a Manager in Workforce Optimization, leading a team that provided analytical support and developed workload optimization models. Steven then transitioned to the role of Manager in Crew Resource Planning, where they managed crewing strategies and played a key role in labor negotiations and contract implementation.

In their most recent role at NetJets, Steven served as the Manager of Business Insights & Analytics, leading multiple teams and collaborating with IT to enhance analytical capabilities and operations. Steven also managed Tableau standards and user enablement initiatives.

Throughout their career, Steven demonstrated a strong analytical skill set and expertise in programming languages such as Python and SAS. Steven also has experience in utilizing AWS and other cloud-based platforms for data analytics.

Steven D. received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Wittenberg University in 2007. Steven then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics from Wesleyan University between 2007 and 2009. In addition to their academic degrees, Steven has also obtained multiple certifications, including Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2021, Tableau Analyst and Tableau Community Leader role badges from Tableau Software in April 2020, and Certified Neo4j Professional from Neo4j in August 2019.
