Troy Roberts is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a Line Captain and Initial Operating Experience (IOE) Training Captain at NetJets since October 2000, specializing in the Hawker 800XPC/900XP and Hawker 4000. Prior to this role, Troy served as a Training Captain for the Challenger 350S. From January 1999 to October 2011, Troy was the Director of Operations for the 169th Airlift Squadron in the Illinois Air National Guard. Troy's military background includes significant roles in the United States Air Force, including Evaluator Pilot for the MC-130P Combat Shadow and C-130H Aircraft Commander, as well as T-38A Talon Instructor Pilot. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
