Eder Martins

Eder Martins is a seasoned professional in machine learning and data science with extensive experience across various roles in multiple companies. Currently serving as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at netLex since April 2024, Eder focuses on integrating generative AI with contract lifecycle management. Previously, at FARFETCH, significant contributions included developing a multi-objective ranking model and redesigning a product recommendation algorithm, both yielding notable improvements in engagement and profitability. Eder's prior experience includes senior roles at SEEK, where Eder designed recommender systems, and Catho, where a job recommendation system designed by Eder significantly enhanced user contacts. Eder has also contributed to academia as a professor at Faculdade COTEMIG and has a solid foundation in software development from earlier positions at Synergia and UAIZO.
