Ivana Trindade

Ivana Trindade is a Technical Support Analyst at netLex since April 2022, where responsibilities include providing Level 1 and 2 customer solutions and updating the help center. Prior to this role, Ivana worked at MAV Tecnologia from April 2019 to April 2022, holding positions as a Network and Data Communication Analyst and Support Analyst.
