Darla Downing

Darla Downing is a seasoned professional in talent operations and recruiting with extensive experience in various companies, notably serving as the Head of Talent Operations at Netlify since December 2019. In previous roles at Netlify, Darla managed day-to-day Talent Team operations, strategic scaling of processes, and candidate experience tooling, among other responsibilities.
