Gerda Sidwall Thygesen

Gerda Sidwall Thygesen is an accomplished Engagement Manager at Netlight, an international consultancy firm specializing in Technology, Product, Design, and IT-Management, since January 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Master Thesis Student at Naturskyddsföreningen, where research focused on linking small-scale farmers to urban businesses in Nairobi, Kenya. Gerda has also been involved with Nova Talent as a member, contributing to a professional network for tech and business leaders, and held roles such as Business Analyst at ICA Gruppen and Business Developer within sustainability at Alfa Laval. Additional engagements include participation in various advisory boards, project leadership in logistics and packaging, and co-founding a female networking organization at Lund Technical University. Gerda holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and has completed a Master's degree in Engineering at McGill University.
