Taru Öster is an experienced consultant specializing in product and service design at Netlight since April 2020. Prior to this, Taru held the position of Senior UX Specialist at Eficode, focusing on UX studies and accessibility evaluations. Taru also served as a Service Delivery Manager and Analyst at Capgemini, managing service delivery in the retail sector. Earlier roles include Solution Expert at Wärtsilä, where Taru was integral to mobile initiatives and the development of the company's first mobile strategy, as well as consultancy positions in user experience at firms such as Etnoteam Finland Oy. Taru's academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Information Networks from Aalto University and diverse educational experiences in usability and technology.
