Kapil Katuke has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr Manager - HR at Netlink Software Group America Inc since January 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing and implementing HR operations across India, as well as managing employee data in SAP. Previously, Kapil held roles as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in the same organization. Prior to this, a position as Management Trainee HR at IBM was held for a brief period in early 2012. Kapil holds an MBA in Finance and HR from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from T.I.E.I.T Bhopal.
