Andrew Powers has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Andrew started their career in 2012 as an Insurance Claims Specialist/Contractor at GreenLight Construction Group. In 2014, they joined Frontier Communications as an Outside Plant Construction Project Coordinator and later became an Outside Plant Construction Coordinator for Indiana. During their time at Frontier Communications, Andrew coordinated various activities related to outside plant construction and prioritized capital project builds. In 2017, they joined netlogx as a Consultant and then moved up to the role of Project Manager. As a Project Manager at netlogx, Andrew worked on the My Healthy Baby project to reduce the infant mortality rate in Indiana and supported the Neuro Diagnostic Institute project for Indiana's state operated psychiatric hospital. Andrew successfully completed the NDI project on time and within budget. Throughout their work experience, Andrew demonstrated skills in project management, training, coordination, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Andrew Powers obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business from Purdue University Fort Wayne, from the years 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Business from Indiana University Bloomington, from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Andrew Powers has also obtained the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in June 2019, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2021.
