Starting as a 1st Line Engineer, Aaron has progressed to roles such as IT Helpdesk Manager, Systems Administrator, and Telecoms Technical Manager. Aaron has experience in managing client support desks, ensuring incidents are resolved timely, and improving team efficiency. Aaron has also been involved in teaching IT and received positive feedback from the Independent Schools Inspectorate.
