Ashley Ward is a seasoned web developer with extensive experience in software development and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Web Developer at Netmatters Ltd since January 2018, Ashley previously held the position of Software Developer at EPOS NOW LTD from March 2013 to January 2018, where responsibilities included developing bespoke features for the Salesforce CRM platform using a variety of technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON, and XML. Additionally, Ashley worked as a Logistics, IT and Dispatch Technician, focusing on dispatching goods, diagnosing hardware issues, and assisting with IT support. Ashley holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia, obtained from 2007 to 2010.
