Michael Barnett

Michael Barnett is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial lending, sales automation, and financial technology. As the CEO and CPO of Loanspark since July 2021, Michael has led the development of a subscription-based service that allows organizations to become business purpose lenders rapidly. Michael is also the founder of Bipath, a Boston startup focused on sales automation and omni-channel messaging solutions. Additionally, Michael has served as a strategic advisor for netmix® and co-founded Yarrow Financial, providing competitive product access in the working capital sector. Previous roles include Vice President of Wholesale Lending at Reliant Funding, Senior Director of Wholesale Lending at OnDeck, and Corporate Account Executive at PHH Home Loans, complemented by managerial and consulting roles at PHH Mortgage. Michael holds degrees from Clemson University and Neumann University, along with a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
