Mathias Adolfsson

Mathias Adolfsson has extensive experience in retail management, having served in various capacities since 1997. They worked as an Assistant Sales Manager and later as General Manager at PC City Sverige AB from 2005 to 2008, where they oversaw store operations, budgeting, and workforce management. At Elgiganten AB from 2009 to 2014, Mathias held roles from Operating Manager to Department Leader, contributing significantly to the establishment of operational standards in the Megastore concept. Currently, they are a Regionschef and Development Project Leader at NetOnNet, responsible for overseeing regional store operations and driving continuous improvements within the retail organization. Mathias has also been recognized for their leadership, winning the Årets lagershop award in both 2017 and 2020.
