Dyon Metselaar has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and management roles. Dyon began their career in 2006 as an Assistant Department Manager at Ten-Brink Foodretail, where they assisted in managing the department and leading a team. In 2010, they worked as a Web Designer at Webstijl B.V., handling the entire process from contract signing to website delivery.

In 2011, Dyon became an Entrepreneur at Wijn-moment.nl, a wine webshop that focused on providing a wide selection of wines for every occasion. Dyon managed the business and ensured an excellent price-quality ratio for customers.

Moving forward, Dyon joined Webstijl B.V. again in 2012, this time as a Director of Product & Operations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing web design, service, and online marketing teams. Dyon also developed strategic partnerships, maintained relationships with suppliers, and provided strategic and tactical advice to clients.

In 2017, Dyon expanded their expertise to include consulting, joining Netprofiler as a Managing Consultant. Dyon was responsible for supporting and expanding the sustainable online growth of B2B organizations.

In 2018, Dyon founded Leadscope - B2B Online Marketing, a strategic consultancy firm. As the Founder and Managing Consultant, they assisted B2B organizations in achieving their online growth objectives.

In 2020, Dyon took on the role of Director of Sales & Marketing at Netprofiler and Leadscope within the LevelUp Group, leading strategic initiatives and sales efforts for both companies.

Most recently, in 2022, Dyon became the Chair of the Shopping Tomorrow Expert Group at ShoppingTomorrow, focusing on industry expertise and leadership in the field.

Dyon Metselaar completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Management from Hogeschool Utrecht from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they pursued a Minor in Philosophy at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Multimedia Design from Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht from 2008 to 2011. In terms of certifications, Dyon obtained certifications in Google Adwords Display Advertising, Google Adwords Search Advertising, and Google Analytics from Google in 2014.
