Horacio Pavez is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chairman of Napali, ChileConverge, Lumni, and Grupo Enovus, Pavez also holds the position of GSG IMPACT CHILE Chairman at The Global Steering Group for Impact Investment and is a Co-Founder of The ImPact and Fundación Emprender. Pavez's career includes a long-standing tenure as a Board Member of NetProvider and as the Founder & Chairman of Mosaico S.A. An alumnus of Loyola University Maryland with an MBA and Universidad de Chile with a degree in Civil Engineering, Pavez is recognized for collaborative coaching within Entrepreneurial Boards and a commitment to impact investment and entrepreneurial development.
