Ken Tapp has had a long and successful career in the technology and real estate industries. Ken started their career in 1995 as VP, Application Database Engineer, Webmaster at Move, Inc. In 2000, they founded and became CEO and CTO of Cherry Creek Internet Group, an incubator and $5M investment fund for online real estate technology companies. From 2001 to 2009, their companies generated a total gross revenue of $50M and serviced 1.5M Realtors and Home Builders in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States and the U.K. In 2013, they became Chairman & CEO of Decentral Life (OTC: WDLF), a Technology Business Incubator that licenses seed technology, legal guidance, and executive leadership to tech startup founders. In 2016, they became Director of NetQub, Inc., a leading accelerator for tech startups in the United States. Ken also became Director of MjLink.com, Inc., a cannabis and hemp social network, and Director of HuntPost.com, Inc., a social network e-marketplace for hunting, fishing and camping goods, and Director of LikeRE, a real estate social network. In 2022, they became a Professional Speaker at Decentralized BLOCK, a blockchain education company.

Ken Tapp attended the University of Colorado Denver from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Computer Information Science (CIS) & MS in Computer Science degree with a focus in Information Technology. Ken then returned to the University of Colorado Denver from 1992 to 1994 and obtained a Master of Computer Applications - MCA degree with a focus in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration. In 2018, they completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, focusing on Disruptive Strategy.
