Brian M. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in strategic operations and IT management. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Operations at NetRefer since March 2023, Brian focuses on leveraging advanced technologies to drive innovation and operational excellence. Previously, as a Business Technology Consultant from December 2017 to December 2024, Brian assisted organizations in developing IT strategies, managing projects, and restructuring technical teams. Brian held leadership roles in Information Technology at The General Soft Drinks Company Ltd. and Waterfront Hotel, as well as managing Data Operations & Support at Betsson Group. Brian's career also includes project leadership and development roles at APS Bank Ltd. and Megabyte Ltd. Malta. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology & Networking from Middlesex University Malta.
