Thomas Firster is a professional services analyst at Netreo. Thomas has over six years of experience in the IT industry, providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware. Thomas is also experienced in managing networks and servers, and has a strong background in incident, problem, and change management. In their current role, Thomas provides direct support to clients by phone and email, and also helps maintain the operations and administration of Netreo's proprietary systems.

Thomas Firster completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. Thomas then went on to complete an Associate's Degree in Network System Administration from ITT Technical Institute-San Diego. Finally, Thomas completed their education with a High School diploma in General Studies from Eagle's Landing High School.
