Damien David

Damien David has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Damien started their career in 2018 at Atos as an IT Helpdesk Support, where they provided technical support to users. In 2019, Damien joined Airbnb as an Airbnb Customer & Product Specialist, assisting customers and addressing their product-related queries. Later that year, they transitioned to Netrivals (Acquired by Lengow), where they took on the role of Customer Success & Onboarding Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth onboarding processes. Damien also worked as a Product Manager at Netrivals, responsible for managing product development and strategies. Currently, Damien is a Product Manager at Zinklar, a role they started in December 2022. Throughout their career, Damien has gained valuable experience in customer support, product management, and technical assistance.

Damien David attended UBFC - Université Bourgogne-Franche-Comté from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Licence LEA. Their field of study was Langues étrangères appliquées.
