Frederic Monteiro has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Frederic began their career in 2005 as a Global Marketing Operations at Investigative Consultants International. In 2004, they furthered their studies at CY Cergy Paris Université and obtained a Master's degree in International Business, Trade, and Commerce.

Continuing their pursuit of business education, Frederic enrolled in the MBA program at EBS Paris - European Business School in 2005, specializing in Global Management.
