Bonnie Esterly

Bonnie Esterly has extensive experience in client delivery and service management, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Netrix Global since July 2021. Prior to this, Bonnie worked at Contegix from December 2014 to July 2021, where roles included Client Delivery Manager and Manager of Client Support Services, overseeing important IT Service Management operations. Bonnie's career began at Distributed Systems Services, Inc. (DSS), where, over nearly two decades, responsibilities included Client Services Manager, Service Delivery Leader, and Project Manager, contributing significantly to the development of integration and deployment methodologies. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Mary Washington and has completed certifications in support center management from the Help Desk Institute and training from Dale Carnegie.
