Josh Hilton

Josh Hilton, MBA, possesses extensive experience in managed services and unified communications, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Netrix since March 2014. In this role, Josh provides strategic leadership and technical expertise, overseeing service delivery across four collaboration product lines and managing a global team. Prior to this, Josh was a Technical Architect for Unified Communications, where responsibilities included assessing the Cisco UC practice and collaborating with sales to drive growth. Josh's earlier experience includes serving as an Advanced Business Communications Analyst at Sentinel Technologies, focusing on the architecture and implementation of UC solutions. Josh holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
